One of the key responsibilities of HSE&S is to establish a risk management program that ensures risks are understood, better business decisions are made and risks are managed effectively.
To support this, the Risk Management team uses the latest standards and industry best practices to develop and maintain the company risk inventory. They also integrate process safety management principles into Dolphin Energy’s HSE&S Management System and develop and monitor process safety metrics reporting.
The team manages the development and implementation of HSE&S Emergency Response & Management Plans and Procedures for the entire company including Business Continuity Management. It ensures effective management of emergency situations for the company and coordinates Crisis & Emergency Response / Management training for the company in both the UAE and Qatar.
In addition, the team provides safety engineering and risk management technical support to Operations, Technical and Projects teams, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
