● Define HSES strategic objectives by developing Key Performance Indicators Protect employee wellbeing through regular health and industrial hygiene programs● Develop and maintain robust emergency response and crisis management systems aligned with our business continuity plans

Asset Integrity & Process Safety aims to:
● Manage major risks, process safety and loss control & prevention● Report, investigate, and analyze all types of incidents and events

Environment, Sustainability, and Climate Change aims to:
● Manage the implementation of sustainability programs, comply with licenses and regulatory requirements, oversee the measuring, assessing, and reporting of all environmental performance, minimize harm to the environment, and reduce the company's carbon footprint● Implement a comprehensive decarbonization program addressing climate change, energy consumption, emissions, waste management and biodiversity.
● Adopt, implement, and continually improve and report the progress of Sustainability and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) programs
Sites Support, Risk Management, and Compliance aims to:
● Ensure strict adherence and implementation of our HSE&S Management systems and relevant procedures/guidelines across all company premises● Conduct risk studies, analysis, and work with operational entities to eliminate/mitigate risks through the implementation of corrective measures
● Conduct Safety, Quality, Management, audits (SQM) - to evaluate contractor performance throughout the life cycle of our contracts
