HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is Chairman of Dolphin Energy Limited and The Ruler's Representative in the Western Region.
His Excellency Mohamed Ahmed Al Bowardi is a Board member of Dolphin Energy Limited and holds a numbers of positions of responsibility in the Abu Dhabi Government.
He is Secretary General of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Chairman of Mubadala Development Company, Managing Director of the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohamed Bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund.
Mohamed Al Bowardi Holds a degree in Political Science and History from Lewis and Clark College, USA.
Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh is the Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Energy Limited.
Al Sayegh is also the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Future Energy (MASDAR) a leader in making renewable energy a real, viable business and Abu Dhabi a global centre of excellence in the renewable energy and clean technology.
He has worked throughout his career to support many environmental initiatives in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and serves as the Vice Chairman of Emirates Wildlife Society (EWS-WWF).
Al Sayegh holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Lewis & Clark College, USA.
Mohammed Saif Al Mazrouei is currently a Board Member and the Advisor to His Highness the Chairman of Tawazun. Prior to his current appointment, he had been the CEO of Tawazun from year 2000 until February 2008. He joined Tawazun as a Projects Manager in 1994 and two years later was appointed Deputy Chairman.
Mohamed also serves on the boards of Dolphin Energy Limited (DEL) and Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA).
He has a degree in Business Administration from University of La Verne in the United States. Prior to joining Tawazun, Mohamed worked at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) in the position of Human Resources Manager.
Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei is the Deputy CEO and Senior Vice President of Mubadala Oil & Gas. He is responsible for all the new business development activities in Middle East, North Africa and the eastern hemisphere in upstream Oil & Gas. Suhail has a diversified technical and management background in reservoir engineering production operations and management
His earlier career saw him hold important management positions at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) which exposed him to world class asset management and leadership.
Suhail is a member of the UAE’s Supreme Petroleum Council Advisory committee; he is also a Board Director at several listed companies in Abu Dhabi as well as in a number of Mubadala’s Joint Venture Companies.
Suhail Al Mazrouei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Tulsa University in the United States.
Arnaud BREUILLAC, 52, is graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Ecole Centrale de Paris.
He Joined TOTAL in 1981 and occupied various positions in the Exploration Production Division in France, Abu Dhabi, United Kingdom, Indonesia and Angola as well as in the Refining Division in France.
From 2004 to 2006, he was Vice President Middle East Iran. In December 2006, he became a member of the Management Committee of the Exploration & Production Division as Senior Vice-President, Continental Europe and Central Asia.
On July 1st, 2010, he was appointed Senior Vice-President Exploration & Production, Middle-East.
On January 1st, 2011, he was appointed member of the Group Management Committee.
Philippe Roy joined Total in 1979, where he worked initially in the Legal Department and later in the Economics and Planning Department. During his subsequent career, he served the company in a variety of management positions in Egypt, Kenya, Italy, Oman and Yemen.
In 2002 Mr Roy was appointed Vice President Middle East. Since 2003 he has also been Total’s Chief Representative in the United Arab Emirates and Chairman of Total Abu Al Bukhoosh.
Mr Roy holds a Juris Doctorate from the Sorbonne Law Faculty, Paris.
Jean-Luc Guiziou has served as Total’s President United Arab Emirates for, Total Exploration & Production since March 2009. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie de Nancy (1985), Stanford University (MSc, 1988) and Paris University (PhD, 1993).
He joined Total in 1988 as a Research & Development project manager in geophysics. In 1993 he was transferred to Buenos-Aires as a Senior Geophysicist for Total Austral (Argentina). From 1996 to 1999, Guizou spent three years at Total’s Corporate Finance in Paris, before taking the position of Vice-President, Americas, as a coordinator for Total’s Exploration & Production activities in the Southern Cone.
From 2002 to 2006 he served as President of Total E&P Canada in Calgary, engaged in the development of the Athabasca oil sands. From 2006 to March 2009, he served as Vice-President, Financial Operations for Exploration & Production at Total’s Corporate Finance in Paris.
Glenn Vangolen is Senior Vice President – Middle East, Oxy Oil and Gas.
Mr. Vangolen’s career at Oxy spans 30 years. Prior to being named Senior Vice President – Middle East in April 2010, he served as Vice President, International Business Development, for Oxy in Abu Dhabi. From 2006 to 2009, he was President and General Manager for Oxy Oman in Muscat. Earlier in his career at Oxy, he held a number of drilling, engineering, operations and senior management positions in the United States, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mr. Vangolen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Edward A. (Sandy) Lowe is President, Oxy Oil and Gas – International Production, and a Vice President of Occidental Petroleum Corporation (Oxy).
Mr. Lowe has held a number of engineering and project development leadership positions during his 24 years with the company. He has been a senior member of Oxy’s international team for over 10 years. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Lowe was Executive Vice President, Oxy Oil and Gas – International Production and Engineering, from 2008 to 2009, and Executive Vice President and General Manager for Dolphin Energy Ltd. from 2002 to 2007. In total, Mr. Lowe has more than 35 years industry experience. Mr. Lowe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Tulane University.
John M. Winterman is EVP-International Business Development, Occidental Oil and Gas.
Mr. Winterman’s career at Oxy spans 30 years. Prior to his current appointment in May 2009, he served for two years as President and General Manager of Oxy Libya, LLC. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Winterman served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Exploration, for Oxy Oil and Gas. He was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Exploration and Business Development, from 2001 to 2002, and Vice President, Worldwide Exploration, from 1999 to 2000.
Mr. Winterman holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, with honors, from Queen Mary College, University of London.
