HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahayan is chairman of Dolphin Energy Limited and is Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE Federal Government.

Mohamed Ahmed Al Bowardi
Vice Chairman, Dolphin Energy Limited

Mohamed Ahmed Al Bowardi is a Board Member of Dolphin Energy Limited and holds a number of positions of responsibility in the Abu Dhabi Government.

He is Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and is also Court Undersecretary for the Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan.

He is also the Vice Chairman of Mubadala Development Company (MDC), Managing Director of the Amiri Flight and of the Environment Authority Abu Dhabi, or EAD (formerly known as ERWDA); UAE Offsets Group (UOG); Union National Bank; Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA); Union Water & Electricity Company (UWEC) and Emirates Insurance Company. He is additionally Vice Chairman and Board Member of the Federal Environmental Authority (FEA) and is Chairman of the Emirates Wildlife Society (EWS).

Since 1982, Mr Al Bowardi has been the General Manager of the private office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan and also served as the Under Secretary at the Private Department of the late UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan.

Mr Al Bowardi holds a degree in Political Science & History from Lewis & Clark College, USA.

Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh
Chief Executive Officer, Dolphin Energy Limited

Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh is the Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Energy Limited. He is responsible for the overall day to day management of the business. He also serves on the Dolphin Energy Board as representative for Mubadala Development Company, the Government entity that holds 51 percent of Dolphin Energy.

In addition, Mr. Al Sayegh has a leadership role in a number of development initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Government. He is a Board Member of the UAE Offsets Group (UOG), Mubadala Development Company (MDC), Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), as well as the Environmental Authority - Abu Dhabi, or EAD.

Mr. Al Sayegh is also Chairman of ALDAR Properties PJSC, Managing Director of the Emirates Foundation and Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company (ADSB) and First Gulf Bank (FGB). Over the last 18 years, he has worked in a wide range of positions of responsibility at leading Abu Dhabi Government organizations including the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC). At ADNOC, Ahmed Al Sayegh served as the Finance Director, the Administration Director and Management Support Director. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Lewis & Clark College, Oregon, USA.

Mohamed Saif Al Mazrouei
Board Member & Advisor to the Chairman of the Offset Program Bureau

Mohammed Saif Al Mazrouei is currently the Advisor to His Highness the Chairman of the Offset Program Bureau (OPB). Prior to his current appointment, he had been the CEO of OPB since 2000. He joined as a projects manager in 1994 and two years later was appointed Deputy Chairman.

Mohamed is a member of the board of directors of Mubadala Development Company (MDC).  He also serves on the boards of Dolphin Energy Limited (DEL), Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), Tourism and Development Investment Company (TDIC), Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), Al-Ain Zoo and Ithmaar Bank of Bahrain.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Laverne University in the USA. Prior to joining OPB, Mohamed worked at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) in the position of Human Resources Manager.

H.E. Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak
Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority of the Government of Abu Dhabi and CEO of the Mubadala group

Khaldoon is CEO and Managing Director of Mubadala Development Company. In this role, Khaldoon oversees the delivery of an aggressive investment strategy, generating significant financial returns and driving sustainable economic development in the UAE.

Khaldoon also holds positions on the boards of ALDAR Properties, Dolphin Energy Limited and the philanthropic Emirates Foundation. He is Chairman of The Imperial College London Diabetes Center, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LeasePlan Corporation and Vice Chairman of Piaggio Aero, the leading Italian Aerospace company. All of these organizations are wholly or partly owned by Mubadala Development Company. In addition, Khaldoon is a board member of First Gulf Bank.

A member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Khaldoon is Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority of the Government of Abu Dhabi. This specialized government agency is mandated to provide strategic policy advice to the Chairman of Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

Ladislas Paskiewicz
President Middle East, Total Exploration & Production

Ladislas Paszkiewicz joined Total in 1985 in the Finance Division, and from 1992 to 1993, he headed Total’s Investor Relations Department in New York. Between 1994 and 1998 he was responsible for treasury operations in Paris and then moved to the Investor Relations Department, where he was appointed Vice President in 2000.

He joined Total’s Exploration & Production Division in 2004 and became General Manager of Total Austral in 2005. Since February 2007, Mr Paszkiewicz has been President Middle East, Exploration & Production working from head office.

Mr Paszkiewicz graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, subsequently earning a postgraduate diploma in finance in France. He has an MBA from New York University.

Philippe Roy
Vice President Middle East, Total

Philippe Roy joined Total in 1979, where he worked initially in the Legal Department and later in the Economics and Planning Department. During his subsequent career, he has served the company in a variety of management positions in Egypt, Kenya, Italy, Oman and Yemen.

In 2002 he was appointed Vice President Middle East. Since 2003 he has also been Total’s Chief Representative in the United Arab Emirates and Chairman of Total Abu Al Bukhoosh.

Mr Roy holds a Juris Doctorate from the Sorbonne Law Faculty, Paris.

Casey Olson
President, Oxy Oil & Gas - Eastern Hemisphere

Casey Olson is President, Oxy Oil & Gas - Eastern Hemisphere. Olson, 53, manages Occidental's producing operations in the Middle East and Northern Africa. He also has management responsibility for Occidental's Worldwide Exploration and international Business Development efforts.

During his career with Occidental, Mr. Olson has held a number of management positions. Including President, Occidental Development Company; President, Middle East; Executive Vice President, Business Development and Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Divestitures for Occidental Oil & Gas Company.

Prior to joining Occidental, Mr. Olson was a Managing Director for CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Corp focusing on international oil &amp gas acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to CIBC, he was Vice President, Energy Ventures for Hunt Oil Company.

Mr. Olson began his career with Northern Natural Gas Company where his areas of responsibility included government and regulatory affairs and the management of the company's gas supply.

He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall School of Law.

Edward Arthur Lowe
Executive Vice President, Engineering and Major Projects, Occidental Oil & Gas Corporation

Mr Lowe is Executive Vice President – Major Projects for Occidental Oil & Gas Company. Mr Lowe continues as a member of the Board of Directors of Dolphin Energy Limited. Prior to this he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager Qatar for Dolphin Energy.

Prior to his appointment in Qatar, Mr Lowe served as Senior Vice President – Engineering & Project Development for Occidental Middle East Development Company in Abu Dhabi. With more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Lowe has held various project, engineering, operations, and senior management positions.

Mr Lowe is a registered professional engineer in the state of Louisiana, a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Tulane Engineering, and has attended Tulane Graduate School and Boston University’s Foreign MBA program.

Jean-Luc Guizou
VP Middle East Exploration & Production

Jean-Luc Guiziou has served for more than 20 years with Total, in various geosciences, finance and senior management positions.

He joined TOTAL in 1988 as a Research & Development project manager in geophysics. In 1993 he was transferred to Buenos-Aires as a Senior Geophysicist for Total Austral (Argentina).

From 1996 to 1999, Mr Guiziou spent three years at Total’s Corporate Finance in Paris, before taking the position of Vice-President, Americas, as a coordinator for Total’s Exploration & Production activities in the Southern Cone. From 2002 to 2006 he served as President of Total E&P Canada in Calgary, engaged in the development of the Athabasca oil sands. From 2006 to March 2009, he served as Vice-President, Financial Operations for Exploration & Production at Total’s Corporate Finance in Paris.

Today, Mr Guiziou is Vice President Middle East for Total Exploration & Production, in charge of Total’s E&P activities in the UAE and Qatar. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie de Nancy, and holds a Masters degree in Geophysics from Stanford University (USA).
