Dolphin's internship programs are designed to cater to Emirati/Qatari students who are studying in universities in either the UAE, Qatar or abroad. Primarily, Dolphin’s focus is to promote UAE / Qatar nationals in order to develop the young talent of today into the successful minds of tomorrow.

Dolphin also cooperates with universities in conducting their industrial training, which is a requirement for the graduation of students majoring in engineering.

Students who are also majoring in Environmental & Health studies can benefit from the valuable, real world experience within Dolphin and contribute to problem solving while complementing their learning.

Dolphin gives priority to local universities with the aim to provide an opportunity to apply classroom theory to practice in the workplace.
